How long will it take to get my bag?
In general, orders placed one day are shipped within the next 1-2 business days. After that, you can expect to receive your bag within 5-7 days. Shipping is from our headquarters in Cranford, New Jersey.

How much is shipping?
Ground shipping charges are: $5.50 for accessory orders; $8.95 per bag on Trav-A-Lite 9 and Trav-A-Lite 12 models, $14.95 per bag on Ultima, Ultima II, Lady Trav-A-Lite, Eagle II, Elite and Classic models. If you order more than one bag, the shipping charge will reflect that. If you order accessories along with your bag, there is no additional charge. Note that shipping charges are stated for the contiguous 48 United States only. If you are outside of this area, you will be contacted for approval of charges before we ship your order.

What if I want my bag overnight?
Call our customer service department at 800-898-1261, M-F, 8am-4pm (EST) to find out the cost of expedited shipping. Please keep in mind that golf bags are considered oversized packages so expedited shipping charges can be expensive. We will NOT ship any order Next Day Air or Second Day Air without your approval of the shipping charges, regardless of how you place your order. It is important that we are able to contact you directly to get your approval, and ask that you leave a best time to call if you are leaving a message or placing a web order.

How do I carry my Trav-A-Lite?
1 - There is a permanently attached handle on the outside of the bag on all models for hand carrying
2 - There is a padded shoulder strap for use while in play that stores inside during travel
3 - There is an Airport Carry Strap, which attaches to your CLOSED Trav-A-Lite bag for carrying ease. (Included with Travalite Ultimas, Optional on Trav-A-Lite 12, Not available for Elite, Classic, Outfitter, and Trav-A-Lite 9 models)

How many woods will the Trav-A-Lite 9 hold?
The Trav-A-Lite 9 will fit 2 woods, including driver.

How Many woods will the Trav-A-Lite 12 Hold?
The Trav-A-Lite 12 will hold 3 woods maximum, including driver.

How many woods will the Trav-A-Lite Ultima and Outfitter hold?
The Ultima and Outfitter will fit 4 woods, including driver.

How many woods will the Eagle II, Elite and Classic hold?
The EagleII, Elite and Classic will fit 4 woods, including driver.

I have an oversized driver, how can I be sure it will fit?
Drivers up to 48" long will fit in the Elite and Classic models. 47 1/2" long drivers will fit in the Trav-A-Lite 12, the Ultimas, and Eagle II. The Trav-A-Lite 9 will hold a 47 1/4" driver. If your driver is longer than this, it will not fit. Please email us at info@travalite.com with specific questions.

What is the return policy?
There is a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. You must call 800-898-1261 for a Return Authorization number FIRST. After we receive the item, we will issue credit ONLY if the product is in NEW and UNUSED condition.

What is the warranty?

What is the warranty policy for wheels?
Trav-A-Lite does not warranty wheels. While the Trav-A-Lite bag itself is very rugged and durable the wheels are exposed to any and all abuse that baggage handlers can inflict. Our engineers have tried to minimize this potential damage by placing the wheels on the same side of the bag as the handle. This placement on the up side of the bag helps protect the wheels if the bag is thrown. But, this is no guarantee that baggage handlers cannot damage wheels. If your wheels should become damaged during handling by an airline a claim should be immediately filed with the carrier.

Is Trav-A-Lite approved for use on airlines?
Recent changes in airline regulations mandate a hard sided case for clubs, which must be checked along with your baggage. All Trav-A-Lite bags meet airline specifications for hard sided cases, and are recommended by several airlines.

Will Trav-A-Lite fit in my trunk?
Our longest bag is 51" long. If your trunk will accommodate this length, it should hold our bag.
